OGO Flatbreads: What They Are

OGO flatbreads are par-baked products of 110 g with savoury fillings: cheese, cheese and spinach, ham and cheese, mushroom. They finish in a preheated oven in 2–3 minutes with steam, so a batch is served hot to order. Suited to cafés, coffee shops, burger bars and shops: no dough work on site. Wholesale supply from our plant in Zaslavl across Belarus.

The magic inside

The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
