Shell life 5 months at −15…−25 °C (30 days at −10…−14 °C); after thawing 16 hours unpacked and 36 hours packed. Suited to burger bars, hot dog points, coffee shops and shops. Wholesale supply across Belarus.

The magic inside
The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
