Retail pack is the OGO range for shops: classic croissants 360–600 g, croissants with chocolate and raspberry filling 420–450 g, puff pastries with cherry, cheese and spinach 420 g, and puff pastry palmiers with sugar 760 g. The packs are shelf-ready and the product is frozen — the customer proofs and bakes at home in 15–20 minutes. Suited to supermarkets, convenience stores and forecourt retail. Wholesale supply across Belarus.

The magic inside
The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
