OGO Sausage Rolls: What They Are
OGO sausage rolls are frozen dough pieces of 120 g with a sausage inside — classic, with mustard and with ketchup. On site they thaw for 40–60 minutes, proof for 90–120 minutes and bake at 180 °C for 15–20 minutes, so the display gets hot pastries to order. Suited to coffee shops, shops, forecourt retail and HoReCa. Shelf life 150 days at −15…−25 °C. Wholesale supply across Belarus.

The magic inside
The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
