OGO sweet pastries are airy puff pastry palmiers under the “Bambini” name: with cinnamon, sugar and poppy seeds, in packs of 500 g and 2 kg. The product is finished at our plant and blast-frozen, so on site it needs no thawing, proofing or baking — the pack goes straight to the shelf. Suited to shops, coffee shops and HoReCa as an impulse sweet. Wholesale supply across Belarus.

The magic inside
The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
