OGO yeast-free products are frozen puff pastry pieces of 95 g: a sugar finger and palmiers with sugar, poppy seeds, cinnamon or chocolate chips. No yeast is used, so the laminated layers stay light and crisp. On site the pieces thaw for 35–45 minutes and bake at 210 °C for 11–12 minutes — the display gets fresh pastries to order. Shelf life 270 days at −16…−20 °C. Wholesale supply across Belarus.

The magic inside
The dough is mixed, shaped and blast-frozen straight after forming. On site the buns go from the freezer to the display in 15–20 minutes, with no thawing and no hand work. The blank keeps for months, so write-offs stay minimal.
